Referrals
I can't be the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. These are therapists and programs I'm happy to point people to, whether you need a different specialty, a different type of care, or support alongside our work.
Ting-Ting Shiue, PhD
Licensed clinical psychologist
If you're dealing with anxiety, burnout or perfectionism and want a psychologist who works with adults, teens and children alike, I'd point you to Dr. Shiue. She also supports people through trauma, grief and relationship strain, offers ADHD evaluations, runs group programs on burnout and parenting, and helps people with disability paperwork and time off from work.

Awake DBT
Comprehensive DBT program
If you want the full DBT experience, with weekly individual therapy, a skills group, phone coaching between sessions and a team of therapists supporting your therapist, this is the program I'd recommend. They also have tracks for young adults, teens and families, and DBT-PE for trauma. Their team is certified in DBT by the Linehan Board of Certification.
